The Alterna Application Hub contains our three financial services apps. No SSN or ITIN is required to enroll, just a government-issued photo ID from country of origin.  Use the link or QR code provided to you by one of our Trusted Partners to Download the Alterna Application hub from Google Play or Apple App Store.

The Alterna Sin Fronteras app is our primary account application. To enroll for The Alterna Prepaid Card & Virtual Bank Account, simply download the Alterna Application Hub and open the Sin Fronteras app to begin.

The Alterna Remesas app is our international money transfer application. Customers can transfer money to nearly all of Latin America for cash pickup or to a bank account. Funds can also be transferred to an Alterna Mexico account, card-to-card. All transferred funds are deducted from their Alterna Sin Fronteras account.
