At the time of enrollment or after you receive your card, you can enter some basic information for family or friends in Mexico to assist them in enrolling for their own prepaid Mastercard issued by a corresponding bank.

At the time of enrollment or after you receive your card, you can enter some basic information for family or friends in Mexico to assist them in enrolling for their own prepaid Mastercards issued by a corresponding bank.
- FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS:
- Log into your account and go to “Move Money” to enter the name, phone number and email address of your loved one and enter the amount of money you want to send.
- Your family or friend will receive a link via What’s App to download the app and setup their digital wallet/account. Once the setup and registration is complete, they can keep the money you sent in their digital wallet/account or go pick up cash at one of thousands of locations.
- Your family or friend will receive their personalized Prepaid Mastercard to their mailing address in Mexico. The card is connected to their digital wallet/account.

Their contact information is automatically saved in your AlternaCard App . Next time you want to send them money, just enter their email address and the amount you want to send.
Referral Cards come with their own mobile app and are a fully functional prepaid Mastercard for making purchases, paying bills, reloading with cash and withdrawing cash from ATMs1,2.
