You can reload cash on your card at over 100,000 retail locations nationwide using Green Dot® MoneyPak® or Mastercard rePower®. Bring your card and the cash you want to load to any of these locations – it’s easy and convenient! In most cases, funds are available in real time. Give the cashier the amount you want to reload plus a reload fee (Limits apply). Always keep your receipt.

At any participating Green Dot® retail location, simply buy a MoneyPak, scratch off the secure MoneyPak number and follow the instructions on the back of the package to get started. You can reload up to $1,000 per day, $5,000 per month – 2 loads per day, 4 loads per week, and 10 loads per month. Green Dot may impose different limitations. A reload fee up to $5.95 applies. Bring your Alterna Mastercard rePower enabled prepaid card and cash to the register at a participating retailer. The cashier will swipe your card and load funds directly to it. You can reload up to $1,000 per day,$5,000 per month as long as your card balance is below $10,000 at any time. Mastercard may impose different limitations. A reload fee of up to $5.95 applies.       You can cash your paper check using the Ingo™
      Money App and get your money in minutes for a minimum fee of $5.00, 24/7/365, loaded to your card account without the need to go out or stand in a line. And with no fee if money is loaded in 10 days. Maximum of $1,000 per transaction/day and $10,000 per month as long as the card balance doesn’t surpass $10,000 per month..

      PayPal ®, Checking or Saving Account to Alterna Card

      Go to your online bank account or Paypal account and transfer funds from the account to your Alterna card account. We do not charge you for this service. However, your checking or savings account Bank may charge you a fee. You will need to provide the routing number and your account number found on our Direct Deposit Form by clicking here, or by calling customer service at 1-855-2-ALTERNA. Funds are generally available within three business days. Maximum of $1,000 per transaction/day and $2,000 per month.

      1.The Ingo Money service is provided by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the First Century Bank and Ingo Money Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Approval review usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your card or account. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your card or account. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from illegal or fraudulent use of the Ingo Money Service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for data usage.
