ALTERNA PREPAID MASTERCARD® TEXT MESSAGING FEATURE

(SMS) Text Messaging  (RocKeTMobile) is an optional service(1)of your Alterna Prepaid Mastercard that allows you to obtain your current balance, to see your last transactions and to share money with other Alterna cardholders in the U.S. through standard text messages (SMS). When you request your card, you will receive your text code (KEY) to begin enjoying this service. It’s safe, simple and very convenient.

SMS FeaturesTEXT COMMANDS

BAL: Allows you to obtain the current available balance on your prepaid card. Text BAL to 85402

HIST: Allows you to view the last three approved transactions on your prepaid card. Text HIST to 85402

MORE: Allows you to view the history of the last 30 days of approved transactions on your prepaid card. Text MORE to 85402.

GO: Allows you to share money(2) with someone who has his/her phone number already registered in RocKeTMobile. Text Go + Amount + Destination number + Your KEY. For instance, if you want to share $50.00 with someone whose registered phone number is (305) 123-4567 just text the following to 85402:  Go 50 3051234567 a1b2

KEY: Allows you to change your RocKeTMobile KEY whenever you want. The new KEY must be 4 spaces long and can’t contain special characters. It could be any combination of numbers and/or letters.

Text Key + OLD KEY + NEW KEY to 85402 e.g., Key a1b2 c3d4

COM: Displays a list of current supported RocKeTMobile commands. Text COM to 85402

(1) We do not charge for this service, however, Message and Data Rates May Apply, this means that you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless service provider and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your wireless service prepaid balance. For supported carriers go to rktmobile.com. For additional information, text “HELP” to short code 85402. You may opt-out at any time by sending “STOP” to short code 85402. 1. Visa’s Zero Liability Policy covers U.S.-issued cards and does not apply to certain commercial card transactions, any transactions not processed by Visa, or to anonymous prepaid cards (until such time as the identity of the cardholder has been registered with us). You must notify your financial institution immediately of any unauthorized use. For specific restrictions, limitations and other details, please consult your issuer.
