    • Download the Alterna Sin Fronteras app using the link you were given.
    • Open the app. The first screen may ask for a referral code. Please enter the 5-digit code you were given and then tap “continue.”

    • Follow the steps on your phone to complete your enrollment.


    2. What do I need to enroll?

    To open your Alterna USA Digital Account and receive your prepaid card, you need:
    A) A smartphone
